Our Policy

Hassle-Free 45-Day Returns

At King Cyrus Watchmaking, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 45 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the watch is in its original condition^ with all packaging and documentation intact.

If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an immediate full refund or exchange if the item is in complete working order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition^ that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Free Australia-Wide Shipping

At King Watchmaking, we value our customers and offer free shipping Australia-wide as a testament to our commitment. However, please note that certain remote, rural, or challenging destinations—may be excluded from this offer. We reserve the right to decline free delivery or sales at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding.

Warranty

At King (Cyrus) Watchmaking (ABN: 11285576158) our commitment to craftsmanship and quality is paramount. When you purchase a timepiece from us, you are not just acquiring a watch but investing in a piece of legacy.

Our watches come with a five-year limited warranty, in addition to the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, King (Cyrus) Watchmaking will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This does not cover damages caused by water damage, loss, theft, misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, unauthorised adjustments or repairs by a third party, regular wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please note, the purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling costs for any items sent back to us. This warranty does not extend to the purchase of repaired by third party, repurchased by third party or altered (or “modded”) watches, unless otherwise stated.

King Cyrus Watchmaking reserves the right to modify or edit these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Optional Extended Warranty

King Watchmaking offers an Optional Extended Warranty for an additional period of five years beyond our standard five-Year limited warranty, extending the total warranty to 10 years from purchase, available for a fee of $299 AUD.

This extended warranty ensures that your watch will continue to be serviced by our highly skilled team, under the same terms as our limited warranty. This is an optional service and does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Abuse of Return Policy

To maintain a fair environment for all customers, we reserve the right to limit or decline returns from individuals who frequently exploit our return policy.

How to Return Your Product

To return your product, start by reaching out to us via our contact form. We will provide you with more information after you have raised an RA.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your your return/exchange to reach us/you may vary. It is always a good idea to purchase tracked shipping, or purchasing parcel insurance if you are returning expensive items.

King Watchmaking (or its derivatives) is not liable for misplaced or damage returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, at cost amount the product was purchased for, to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless deemed by us^ (pre-return), that the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
